AIEEE 2015 ELIGIBILITY (All India Engineering Entrance Exam)


All India Engineering Entrance Exam( AIEEE)

All India Engineering Entrance Examination is organized by CBSE for those students who wants to make career in the Engineering. This exam was first introduce in the year 2002.this is a national lavel competitive exam to get admission in different engineering and architecture courses and institutes. Candidates who get passed in the AIEEE exam may take admission in the various institutes/colleges which run engineering courses. Although the college admission is totally dependent on candidates rank and score card. The AIEEE score is also accepted to take admission in top five IIT( Indian Institute of Technology ) and NIT( National  Institutes of Technology).

AIEEE ELIGIBILITY

1.     Candidate must have passed 10+2 Grade or an equivalent exam from a recognized board in India. Appeared in 10+2 can also apply for same.
 
2.     General category candidates should have 50% aggregate marks. For SC/ST/OBC/PH category candidates should have 40% aggregate marks
.
3.     Those appearing for the qualifying examination in the same year may also appear in the All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE).

4.     The upper age limit to be eligible for the exam is 25 years. However, there is relaxation of 5 years for SC/ ST/ PH candidates.



5.     A student can attempt the entrance examination consecutively for a maximum of three years.
