AIMS Test for Management Admissions (ATMA) is the MBA entrance exam which is conducted by Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS) with a network of more that 600 management schools. ATMA is held both in paper pencil based as well as online mode.


  • Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3/4) in any discipline from a recognized University with aggregate markes of 50%. 
  • Candidates appearing for the final year of bachelor’s degree and are awaiting results can also apply

     Type of exam- ATMA  2015 will be pen and pencil  based aptitude test .

     Total number of Question -180

     Total Time Duration - 3 hours or 180 minutes

     Correct attempt- 1 marks for each correct answer 

     Incorrect attempt- 1/4 Negative  marking for each wrong answer.

    ATMA Syllabus 2015
    • Quantitative Skills- Number system, geometry, trigonometry,probability, permutation combination, algebra, mensuration, time and work, averages, percentages,profit and loss,quadratic and linear equations,etc.Interpretation and analysis of data based on text, table, graphs, venn diagram, chart and etc.
    • Verbal Skills-In this section question will be from Coding & Decoding, Strong Arguments and Weak Arguments, Series, Family tree, Multi-dimensional arrangements and  Puzzles
    • Analytical Reasoning Skills-Analytical Reasoning questions are designed to assess the ability to consider a group of facts and rules, and, given those facts and rules, determine what could or must be true. The specific scenarios associated with these questions are usually unrelated to law, since they are intended to be accessible to a wide range of test takers.
